Not using the login feature but still getting unsecure collection of passwords warnings from Google

I have the login turned off in the Modules and Features theme settings.

But I still notice a large block of code that asks for passwords that starts with

<!– Modal Login form –>

Then after that there’s another one..

<!– Modal Lost Password form –>

I’m pretty certain that’s where the Google Warning is coming from… so how do I completely remove the Modal Login form and Lost Password form?
