Top Bar – content not displaying on desktop

Hi there – I am using the top bar to house a contact email address as well as a toll free number; however I am noticing that the phone number is not displaying, only the email is, and then the phone number is being pulled in as a submenu item, until I reduce the screen width to tablet (roughly). Is there a way to display both the email address and phone number concurrently on all devices?
