Mobile site displaying with unwanted horizontal lines

Hi, on mobile, my website is displaying with weird horizontal lines in between elements. Please check screenshot for an example.

Please advise how to fix this issue.

Hello, please try by adding the following code at Appearance > Editor > Style.css or at style.css of the child theme folder
COPY CODE

    border: none !important;
}
```
