Where should I paste the attached code for Google Tag Manager and can I paste it in header.php under Kleo (not Kleo Child)? I don’t see header.php in the child theme editor.
Hello, please copy the header.php of the main theme to the child theme and edit it there 🙂

Hello, at your website file manager, check at hosting cpanel , find file manager or use FTP with filezilla software.
At wp-content/themes/kleo copy the file header.php and paste it at
wp-content/themes/kleo-childNow edit the header.php file at the child theme and paste your code as google says 🙂
