    When I try to update K Elements plugin I get the error in this screen grab: http://bit.ly/2pYzLPj. Can you shed some light on why this is happening? Sounds “broken” and not like a licensing type issue.

    Hello, try by deleting the plugin and installing it again from the theme demo installer 🙂

    I can install via FTP also if I had the files. However what happens when the next update comes out? This should work as advertised…via the WP interface.

    I’d rather not share FTP info, can I get the plugin files from the 7Q website somewhere? Or can you email them to me at josh AT e-nor.com ?

    Hello, you can find the plugin at the theme download from themeforest, its at \kleo\lib\inc
    The update seems to be an issue with your installation as its the first time i see it. Sometimes wordpress fails to install a theme and the fix is to remove it and install it using ftp
