Redirect Registration

On my website, I have a menu on top and one of the choices is “Register.” When someone is not logged in, they click “Register” and it takes them to a registration page. Thats all fine. However, when someone is logged into the site, if they click “Register” (which they shouldn’t, but they still might) it redirects them to the home page. It’s subtle but its not good. Instead, if someone is logged in and for whatever reason they click “Register” is there any way to redirect them to their personal profile page instead? Or if not then maybe any other page, maybe the members page instead? Let me know if I have any options here.
