Can’t change body font size

If I change the h6 font size in theme options it stays the same. How can I fix this?

I don’t mean the h6, I mean the body text.

Hello, you can use this css, add it to style.css of child theme or at Appearance > Editor > Style.css
COPY CODE

body {
    font-size: 20px !important;
}
```
