Hello, so I’ve had an issue that has been ongoing for some time and I have talked to my host provider, BlueHost. several times now with no answer. I have recently had installed 500k profiles along with pics etc however the process was stopped as the installer said there is an issue on the host end. However as mentioned they have not been able to provide me with a solution or answer.
My hopes is that perhaps maybe SweetDate may have some insight to my issue, anything that gives me a lead to look for a solution or perhaps even the answer here.
Some times on the Home Page I get a fatal error. Some times the site “kicks in” and I can surf it a bit, but everyday on first log in it crashes with the Error or it is a blank page.
Last answer from BlueHost was that it was a plugin that is creating the issue, so aside form BuddyPress, bbpress, rtmedia, and wordpress installer. I don’t get that immediate crash on initial visit however I still get it in my Error Log and when I search members, putting in I am a… looking for a…etc, it will crash to a blank page.
Here is the recent Log: (it is always the same)

The Bottom 3 are repeats and is what usually shows on screen with the initial home page visit. I have a second site, same theme etc., I am weary that it is going to be the same.
Also another note is with the members added the site and dashboard has been tremendously slow and I’m curious if there are suggestions to this?
I’m appreciative of any help/suggestions.

May 21, 2017 at 23:45 #162201LauraModeratorHello, please try the following:
Go to your hosting cpanel and find file manager or ftp, access it and find wp-config.php, edit it and add the followingCOPY CODEdefine('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');
Just below “that’s all…”
Let me know if that helps 🙂

May 22, 2017 at 20:43 #162347mbfitParticipantHi it goes to a blank page when I do a member search location age etc to this url result don’t know what helps so I’ll just show everything:
http://www.sexualaffinity.com/members/?field_3=Man&field_6=Woman&field_17=Toronto&field_2=21&field_2_to=39&bs=+homepage didn’t go to blank which usually does on first log in for me, I had cleared my history etc before logging in. A friend tried on different browsers and homepage comes up blank.
I copied the code trying two locations not in child theme:
/**
* Change BuddyPress default Members landing tab.
*/
define(‘BP_DEFAULT_COMPONENT’, ‘profile’ );
define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’); (I put here to try)/* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */
define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’); (and I put here try)
Log error still shows this line still

May 29, 2017 at 18:07 #162922RaduModeratorHi,
From what I see it’s related to the allocated memory
Follow this solution please: https://seventhqueen.com/blog/code-snippets/increase-php-memory-limit-in-wordpress.html

I just received an email from Bluehost apparently my plan will not hold that amount of storage (capped at 200,000 and I have uploaded over 800,000 images) which was news to me and will have to switch plans to their vps or dedicated server plans. Wish they were able to figure that out from the get go. I will close this as resolved, thank you both!
