2 new bugs since version update

HI,

We recently updated to latest version and noticed two new bugs.  Please use the following as test case:

Test case:
https://www.nesteggo.com/

username: tester2
password: app333

1. Logout to WP back end page
In prior version, when logout, it used to re-direct by refreshing the same page (but user shown as logged out).

In current version, when logout, it logs out and re-direct user to WP login page.  We don’t want the user to see the WP back end login form.  Is it possible to revert to prior version so when user logs out, they are shown the same page they are logged out from instead of back end view?

Steps:
a. Go to https://www.nesteggo.com/login/
b. login use above credential
c. Go to the user profile page by clicking the icon of the user User Two
https://www.nesteggo.com/members/tester2/
d. logout
e. User directed to https://www.nesteggo.com/wp-login.php instead of refresh current page

2. Photo upload no longer works
This used to work when user upload a photo in BuddyPress profile.  This no longer works after the latest update.

Steps:
Repeat step a to c above
d. Go to change profile photo
e. Try either upload or take a photo
f. Red error message box shows (no error text, just red box). No photo was updated.

Could you take a look and let us know how to fix the issues?
