Hello, do you have access to your hosting file manager or ftp?
If you do, navigate to public_html/wp-content/themes and drop the sweetdate.zip and sweetdate-child.zip then extract them there, that should be all to have it installed 🙂

Hello Laura, I figured that out a couple days ago and that worked for me thanks. Now the problem that I am having is that even though I followed all steps in YouTube Video some fields on site are still missing(i.e. men seeking women, city, body type, etc) are all not popping up in the backend. How do I get these fields to appear? They are almost mandatory for a dating website.

Hello? I have been in miscommunication with your support team for 72 hours. Is there a faster way to get a response

Hello, i’m very sorry for the delay. About the fields,if you go to Sweetdate > Buddypress you should see a blue button to import the fields, anyways you can create your own fields at Users > Profile fields.
The fields will be available at each user profile, they need to fill them at Profile > Edit in order to show them at the profile header 🙂
