The logo appears as it should on a Mac, but on Windows it appears for a second and then disappears.

Hello, plugins may create conflicts sometimes so that is why i suggested to deactivate some to test if that was the issue.
Also maybe it’s your browser as websites do not change based on the operating system but based on the browser, please try using another browser or another device 🙂Hi there!!! Hi Laura:
I checked several browsers, and while they all show the website very nicely on Mac devices, the logo appears and quickly disappears on Windows devices. Why would a plugin create this conflict only in Windows, since it’s obviously not the browser? Please, I have to resolve this very quickly.

Hi,
Have you uploaded logo version only for retina?
Check in theme options: wp-admin -> theme options -> general options to have logo added also for the non retina field.

I work on an iMac and all is well, including iPads, iPod and iPhone. I tested it on a Windows 10 computer, and there, no matter the browser, and after I emptied the cache, the logo still appears for about a second and then disappears.

I’ve tried also from win 10 chrome and it works, can you check from another computer or from the same computer but check from chrome incognito.

Well, I installed Chrome and it also had the icon disappear as soon as it appeared. Thus, it won’t work for me on Windows 10 with the Firefox, IE, Edge, and Chrome browsers. Strange?

That’s odd, i cannot reproduce that, please tell me, it happens on the demo using the same computer and browser?

If you have two versions of the logo one for retina and one non-retina, try to put the retina version in the non-retina or vice-versa test and let me know.

It is not odd that you’re not seeing it because it only happens on my Lenovo Windows work computer. I finally tried it on an Acer Windows computer, and no problem. I said it before and I’ll say it again, Windows sucks. There are never such problems on a Mac.
