It seems that I need to get the latest 5.4.5 version from you given that I can’t get it from their website and that it won’t update from Kleo/Wordpress.
Hello, where do you see that? The version included with the theme is the correct until we update it 🙂

There’s a pesky, unremovable reminder to update Slider Revolution, but it has to be done manually since it was included with the Kleo theme, and the current version is 5.4.5.

Hello, you can dismiss or ignore the reminder, only check updates at the plugin update section or at the Appearance > Install plugins 🙂

The problem was fixed when you updated the plugin, although now it’s 5.4.5.1, and the pesky reminder is back again. As you know, we can’t update it from the Plugins section because it was packaged with Kleo.
