How to add new complementary fields (more than one field)

Hello 7th Queen and thank you for the amazing theme,

I am looking for an option to let me add more than just one Complementary Form in the search area. I want male/female field be complementary, BUT add another complementary forms as well for ex: zodiac signs, so in search area user can search:

I am a:

Male Looking for a Female

Leo looking for a Scorpio

tall looking for a short

I didn’t find any place in the dashboard for that, if you can help me with that as soon as possible, I will be more than thankful.
