Why when i install the Revolution Slider plugin does it kill my site and then i’m forced to disable the plugin via FTP to get my site working again?
Theme updated to the latest version
All plugins updated to their latest versions
Hello, it might be related to another plugin, did you test having only theme required plugins activated? Also hosting resources might not be enough

Hi Laura, just an update on this! the issue was due to an out of date plugin.
Turns out the developer had abandoned it some time ago, i suppose that’s a reminder to everyone to frequently check the plugins they have installed, just because it says it’s updated doesn’t mean it’s now compatible with the latest release of wordpress.
