Ok I have created some profile fields yet sweetdate does not register them in either the search nor the profile matching nor profile tabs… etc can somebody explain why? PS its not any mods, addons, or plugins as this is a clean install.

well it is not really solved… here is the problem… when you use bp member types and add a member type. all the search fields and profile matching fields disappear…..however if you click members with no member types the fields come back…..
So this is either an issue with the plugin or your script….
I have over 200 profile fields and each one I had to edit and click the no member type to get it to reappear.there are also two different plugin versions

Tried to reproduce that on my local install, but I cannot, I’ve created a new member type and I’ve check if it’s registered in theme options -> buddypress -> and it’s register.
Did dyou have another member types other than https://wordpress.org/plugins/bp-member-type-generator/ ? Anyway try to leave activated only buddypress and this plugin and check agian,disable also the child theme.
If it’s stil the same please provide admin credentials and FTP
