Header/Banner not lining up

Hi There,

As you can see the LOGO Is on the left (where it needs to be ) with a HEADER/Banner/Text/Ad on the right.

But, the Text/Ad/Banner on the right is NOT lining up – it goes too far DOWN the banner area. I want it so it is flushed across to the top of the logo. Logo on the left and banner/ad on the right = all in one line, like this:

Can you please suggest ways to fix?
