Hi There is a major issue on our site whereby a visitor can go to the members page and click on a member and view their profile page, however if a logged in member clicks on the same member they receive a 404 error.
This is pretty catastrophic for us as the site is up and runnng and it is preventing a major element of the functionality.
We have tried removing all the plugins and replacing them one by one. We have updated buddypress. We have checked for any local glitches. It seems to be a systemic bug. Please could you provide a fix for this asap as it is now very urgent.

Hi,
I need also the wp-admin credentials , provide them in a priuvate reply.
Meanwhile try to re-save permalinks from wp-admin -> settings -> permalinks -> save changes .
Also make sure to have the permalinks choosen as postname.
