Hello,
I got about 103 new not spam users on my site last week, but only 3 uploaded profile pictures. Is there a way to force adding a Profile Picture on sign up/registration page? so if the new user trys to create an account without a pic they would get an Incomplete Field warning and not be able to move forward unless changed.
If not simply adding the ability to ad a ProPic on the registration page would probably help alot.

MikeHI, That is not possible by default and also not advised to allow uploading files before registration.
Try BudyPress Signup Avatar but I can’t guarantee it works. Try searching for solutions of Buddypress forums or on Internet related to Buddypress avatar upload.Also this code will display on your site only the users with an added avatar: https://archived.seventhqueen.com/forums/topic/hide-members-without-avatars?view=all#post-15504

@ SeventhQueen we do our best to have super happy customers. Thanks for being our customer.i have also seen a pop up window prompting users to upload there profile pic , we really need to resolve this ,i have used force profile plugin but ageing its only profile fields
This options does not come with the theme so you need a custom solution or an already available plugin to achieve that

For my site and to force/make users add their profile pictures and block spammers I use a registration plugin.
You can manually activate/approve the members.
In the setting of this plugin, when I member signs in: He gets this message:“Your membership account is awaiting approval by your site. We do NOT tolerate fake profiles and any other fraud in such means. To protect our members, you will not be able to fully interact with social aspects of this website until your account is approved. Once approved or denied you will receive an email notice. Please correctly update your profile and upload your avatar(profile picture) within the next 24 hours, avoiding possible deactivation or deletion of your profile and account.”
Meaning the users will not get access before they upload a profile picture.
If the users even dont want to upload a avatar, consider them spammers anyway.Regards

The registration plugin to manually approve members i use: BP-Registration-Options
To reduce/block spammers is use: Stop Spammer Registrations Plugin
