Hi Guys
(hopefully) final thing from the testers.
Again not a major one, but how it’s working could be a bit prettier. Hopefully this is a kleo thing not an rtMedia thing.
So when uploading photos etc to a created album, the images upload fine. However, when the upload is complete, there’s not really any notification about it, and you just get the ‘Oops !! There’s no media found for the request !!’ message displayed. Users are likely to think their upload did not work.
If you refresh the albums, media etc, the images are there correctly and everything did work properly. It is just the completion of the upload that is a bit meh.
Do you maybe have any fixes for that, or maybe look at that in an upcoming update?
Many thanks for your assistance.

Let me know if you see the same on our demo : https://seventhqueen.com/themes/kleo/members/kleoadmin/ and if you encounter the same using default wp theme.
Let me know

yes on your demo it’s working. And it’s not working on our site for all themes. I think this is an rtMedia problem.
Can you tell me what version of rtMedia you are running? 4.4.2 version killed all our navigation for some reason, I am waiting for the next version to release.

I messaged rtMedia they said that this bug was fixed in the latest 4.4.2 update – so yes it is an rtMedia problem 🙂
Thanks for your assistance.
