Code added in child theme doesn’t reflect

Hi,

I have added a code in child theme functions page but the code doesn’t reflect but where in the same code added in the Kleo functions theme will reflect.

Problem in this is I want the code in child theme to reflect so that the code / customization doesn’t get affected whe the theme is updated.

Code that I have added is of wp job manager plugin which you can find at the end of the functions.php.
