Hey guys,
much like described in this bug report hier: https://archived.seventhqueen.com/forums/topic/compact-overflowing-menu-not-working-on-ipad the menu doesn’t work. It’s displaying the three dots, but they are not clickable.
I looked at it with the inspector much like you did in the referenced topic, but I can’t see any issue and my settings should be fine. Any ideas what else might cause the issue?
Kind regards,
Philip

Can you try the following and let me know if this works for you
Theme Options > Header Options > And set “Compact overflowing menu items” to off.
Please purge any browser cache, website cache and any services like CloudFlare or MaxCDN to see any changes.
Thanks,
Kieran.

July 29, 2017 at 15:15 #168928StrothiParticipantDear Kieran,
thanks for the suggestion. Now the full menu is shown, but essentially put below the logo and thus takes quite some screen estate away. In other words, now the menu items are accessible – which is a plus – but it looks a bit out of place. Is there any chance to get the compact menu working on the iPad in landscape view?
Kind regards,

Thanks for checking that for me, you can go ahead and re-enable that option if you wish to use this feature.
I can replicate this issue on my local install so it appears to be a bug. I’m going to ask my colleague Radu to look into this issue for you as I believe they’ve seen this issue before. Radu will be in touch on Monday or Tuesday at the latest.
Thanks for your patience,
Kieran.
