Ads not showing up

Its strange but ads do not show up when i place the code on any pages or posts, I tried using the Kleo Monetizing plugin, i tried doing it without the plugin – same result, nothing shows up. I have the same codes running in another website so the code itself is fine, but you can check it yourself:
