When I log in as deanscott or admin, and view either the profile page, or a group page, the buttons (i.e. activity, profile, orders, notifications etc) are missing.

I think its a browser issue, have you tried incognito mode? If it works there, then you should try by cleaning your browser cacheHi there!!!
