Top Right Hand Drop Down Menu After Log In

I’m not sure what happened but, for some reason nothing is happening when I am logged in and I click the upper right hand corner (where my photo and name are). A few hours ago I would click in that area and there would be a drop down menu with a list of options. But now nothing happens when I click there. The same problem is on both mobile and desktop. Please check it out and see if you can tell what the problem is, thank you.
