Page Pictures Missing on Page Updates

I just started adding the new AdSense codes to my pages and everytime I update a page the pictures go missing (not picture sliders they work fine).

I am able to get them to show by reloading the pictures but the problem with that is the pictures I just updated earlier end up missing when I update a new one. This page for example had all of the pictures updated and by the time I was done the older updated pictures are already missing: https://www.gowelding.org/welding/tig-gtaw/

The picture shows on the backend but not the front end.
