Hi there,
I have updated our theme, it’s 100% up to date, and we have renewed our support license.
We noticed that the RSVP plugin for EventOn which comes with the theme has stopped working. The plugin is up to date, but the RSVP button on our events are not working at all. We host a lot of events and we need the ability for our users to RSVP to these events.
Here is a link to an example event: https://yourhappinessu.com/events/happy-half-hour-get-unstuck-with-alice-inoue/
Attaching a screenshot of the front end showing the RSVP button not working, and back end showing the RSVP option active.
Please help us as soon as you’re able. We have not purchased EventOn plugin outside of the Kleo Theme, so we are not able to reach out to the plugin developer for assistance. Please kindly help!
Thank you for making a beautiful theme.

August 25, 2017 at 05:55 #171712aliceinoueParticipantWe also noticed that EventOn tickets are not working when there are variants to the tickets. The Order Now button is not working.
We noticed that the EventOn plugin with the current theme files is out of date.

http://yourhappinessu.com/events/private-test-event/
The password is 43211234.Here are the buttons that are not working:
1.) RSVP button – broken, no button appears at all
2.) Submit Inquiry button – broken, button appears, not clickable
3.) Order Now button (when there are multiple ticket prices/multiple ticket variants) – button appears, not clickable. On our existing, public events on our website, I disabled all inquire and RSVP buttons and require all our clients to RSVP via email. In any events with a single ticket price (i.e., there is only one ticket type), the Add to Cart button works.
It is in events where there are multiple ticket prices (variants) where you cannot add tickets to a cart.
Here is a live event with multiple ticket prices, where the order now button is broken: https://yourhappinessu.com/events/life-planning-workshop-with-alice-inoue-4/
It may be helpful to know that we recently upgraded our SSL to make sure that all URLS throughout our site were covered as HTTPS.
Thank you for your help!! We are losing ticket sales because of this issue!
Many, many thanks.

Thanks!
August 29, 2017 at 18:59 #172050RaduModeratorHi,
According to the browser console where I saw errors
It seems that those JS that belongs to the RSPV and add to cart functionality aren’t loaded that can be a possible cause.
I recommend you to install this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/ssl-insecure-content-fixer/ or https://managewp.com/wordpress-ssl-settings-and-how-to-resolve-mixed-content-warnings then check again.
Cheers

I’ll try checking with our host and see if there’s anything we can do, then I’ll try to install that plugin and see if it fixes the issue.
I’ll keep you posted!!

I see that, try to deactivate all plugins except woocommerce and the addon then check again, if it’s the same this can be caused by moving js resources to the footer, so try to leave those in the initial place.
NOTICE: Now I’ve seen, the map in the bottom of the page, until to add the map the menu works right?
Cheers
