SliderRevolution Support and Custom Contact form integration

Hi,

I am having some difficulty with the Slider Revolution Plugin.  I have set up the slide to be a post based slider with a category restriction, but the slide is not displaying the correct content.  Can you check to see what I am missing?

The slider is called “Front” and the category is restricted to “front”  but the slider is showing posts from other categories

Also

I replaced the contact form that is displayed via the link in the bottom right corner with a custom form via shortcode, but I am having trouble figuring out how to adjust the dimensions of the new form.
