Website loads extremely slow

I have noticed that there is a HUGE difference with the way that my website loads and your demo website loads. My website takes so long between pages to load that the loading symbol shows every time between page clicks, while yours does not, and this was the case before I added any additional plugins to my theme. Can you please tell me the methods you are using to make your theme ultra fast, so that I can get my website to load just as fast as yours?

Also, my website loads even slower on Mobile Devises.

I am using WordPress Multisite network setup, and I am using your Kleo theme for the subsites on my network (Kleo is running fast on the subsites). I did try to run BuddyApp on a single WordPress install, but I was still having the same issues with speed, so the Multisite is not causing the issue with speed.

I am using WP Engine hosting with their in-house CDN and caching, I have installed Cloudflare and I am using their DNS and Cache services, as well as the WP Rocket plugin with combined WP Engine and Cloudflare settings for optimal performance, and while my website is loading faster with these services activated, my website still does not load as fast as yours. Can you explain best settings for these services? FYI, I currently have all of these services deactivated because I am in the middle of development on my website, but I can turn them on if you need to look at the difference in performance?

I have taken a lot of personal time (a few weeks) to research website speed best practices and I have tested many different methods with your theme and my hosting provider, and I have spent the money for extended support and taken the time to write this ticket. Can you please thoroughly read this ticket info that I have written and please spend the extra time to help me get this speed issue resolved? Thank you for your time.
