Submit button in the signup page is not working and rtmedia templates

Dear Sir/ Madame,

we have an issue with the “submit” button in the signup page (via email) of our website. Please let us know if you could take a look. We would really appreciate your support 

if you are logged out, you can signup through http://www.inartist.org/signup

I would also highlight that there is a functionality in rtmedia (search) which is not working because KLEO has not updated yet to latest rtmedia template files. We would appreciate if you could include it in your next KLEO upgrade.
