User gets logged out

I have community forum site with about 70000 members from other CMS and recently migrated to wordrepss. I am using kleo theme.

2 issues

1.

After migration about (3days ago), I have members complaining that when they click on something and page loads, they get logged out. so they login again and it says that you are already logged in. Someone said It happens to me too and when I get logged out, I do page refresh, then I am logged in. this does not happen all the time but it does happen often and to many members.

2. password reset link

when members click on the link in the password reset email, it says link is invalid. again This does not happen all the time but it does happen often, and to many members. and I am swapped with I can’t login because I can’t reset my password emails.

I though some kind of caching issue or something but I am not using any caching program of server cache at the moment

So I did the thing what we all do. decativate all the plugin and reactivate one by one.

Then I tested isuee #1 (being logged out when you are really not). mapping plugin, amazon webservice, offload s3 lite, simple ssl, WP Simple Mail Sender, Hide my site activated, issue still persists.

then I got to think.. hmm

I switched theme from kleo to divi.  No logged out issue.

I switched the theme to kleo again. Logged out issue comes back up.

I found my problem. I didn’t test the theme (kleo) for password reset link invalid issue but I am pretty sure that this is also related to the theme

Does kleo modify wp-login.php or any redirect rules or cache for speed anything?

I purchase the theme months ago and haven’t used it till now to find out that I can’t use this theme.

I am reporting this so that you guys may want to look into this.

I have multisite install.

I am going to switch to different theme since I don’t have time to wait for a fix or if there is going to be a fix if you can’t replicate the issues.

I like to get refund.
