We had a user create an album for her work and she was able to upload her work successfully. However, when other users try to upload images to their profile’s media center it is defaulting to the Album that the first user created. How can we make it so that each user has their individual albums and/or album names only display for the user that created them?

Hello, do you mean that the album name the first user created appears at the other album names? By default users should be able to create their own albums with their own name. Unless you created the album for the user using the default albums addons.

I mean that an album name that another user created is what appears by default for every other user.
Hello, try using the main theme instead of child theme and deactivate some plugins, if nothing works, let me know
