Plugin or Option on the profile main page to have the option for ” Report user “

Hello,

I have searched on google and on github and on wp repo there is no plugin or option to achieve the following:

Normal Users to be able to see a button on other user profiles where is an option to report the user as being rude/ spam etc.

Please advise if you have such an option, a plugin or something else.
Oh and by the way, what is the best plugin for KLEO/Buddypress/Wordpress for anty spam, a plugin you know it works and has been tested.
