Hi, I’ve had issues with storage and my host provider, selecting the wrong plan etc and I had my site designed pretty much at 90% that I wanted. However switching host plans after everything is said and done meant having to rebuild the site, install WP, install SD theme.
So I tired the most recent version and I removed the Elementor so that I can use the home page I had already created. However I was dependent on the original structure of the Home page in the version I had used. So I deleted the themes and uploaded v2.9.5
I follow the videos of the install however at Rev Slider install it won’t show in fact the Home page is not the same when I first purchased the theme a year ago. Do you have suggestions on this? I don’t want to move forward having to find the work that I did no longer doable with what I’m working on now. I do hope I am using the right version as I have 2.9.5, 2.9.6 and 3.0.1 versions downloaded. I’m hoping that I wasn’t on an even earlier version that I can’t find on my pc now. I will send txts and images to help describe what I mean.
Ok I just looked and the Rev Slider is on a home-2 page which I don’t know how to set up as a main page and that on Pages there are 3 different Home pages so this is a version I hadn’t used before.
Please save me some grief and how do i get that as the default Home page? I am pressed for time in the set up before one site shuts down prior to setting up the temp site and switching the name over. Much thanks!
Also I notice there are like 3 Home pages, About/About Us etc. I’m not one to delete things but at this moment I don’t want to have confusion and too cluttered, it is safe to delete these pages?
Also RegForms and Carousel: I am logged in however there is no mixed form? I did have this removed on my previous build it seems odd that it’s gone again…?
My apologies Laura it’s late. The Mixed Form shows. Just need to know about making the default Home page and about deleting the others…thanks 🙂
Hello, at the home pages imported, check the view to see which one looks good and then select it at Settings > Reading, you can delete all duplicated pages without issues 🙂
