Adding video from mobile

Hi, I have a brand new iphone 8. I’m trying to add video to my profile, but its not working. I tried taking a video with my phone, it was only a few seconds, but its not uploading. I am able to upload a video from my desktop, but only after converting it to mp4. 90% of my sites users are on cell phone so I definitely need cell phone video uploads to work. Can you please look into this? If you need a non-admin test account, you can use: username: chris password: newlifeentrepreneur but I did include the admin login credentials below, thanks!
