Kleo Child can not be installed. The root theme is missing. Please load the “kleo” root contact. We are receiving this message. Please help me
Hello, please try to install the themes manually.
1- Go to your CPANEL or file manager
2- Find wp-content/themes and place kleo.zip and kleo-child.zip found at the themeforest zip file.
3- Export both .zips so you have 2 folders, one KLEO and one KLEO ChildHi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionLaura Solanes - Graphic Designer and Web Designer
