So I see that the normal behavior is that a user registered from Facebook and he gets the nickname into the “Name” field.
in order to have the user real name, a user need to Rename their FB nickname from the profile page. it’s the (Primary) (Required) fields

    My questions are:
How can I grab the user attention to Rename and changed to their full name ?
Maybe I could add Red highlight on this field so user can see they need to change it ? or maybe just make the field empty so my plugin BP force profile will recognize the user need to fill it ? and force them to add it.

    Thank you !

Hi, I think it should get its name, anyway all the related functions to Facebook are located in wp-content\themes\sweetdate\framework\functions\facebook_login.php

You should see the notice added after registration around line 221 and can edit that or change the logic in the file.

    Cheers

It’s getting the FB nickname and added it as the “Name” field.. Can you confirm that it’s getting the name and not the nickname in the (Primary) (Required) Name field after user log into facebook ?
because if yes, then I might have a problem..

The script gets what Facebook gives as the Name and probably if you have a nickname set FB gives that.
