    Since I upgraded to the latest version of WordPress 4.9 the color pickers in Visual Composer has stopped working. When clicking on the color picker nothing happens. The color picker also looks a bit weird, see screenshot. How can I fix this?

    When will you release an update with the latest version of Page Builder?

    Hi,

    Please check in Plugins > Installed Plugins that you’re running version 5.4.4 of WPBakery Page Builder (formerly Visual Composer), if you’re not please go to Appearance > Install Plugins and update to the latest version, clear your caches(s) and CDN to ensure you have the latest files in your browser.

    Hi! I have updated to the latest version of Page Builder 5.4.4. And I have the latest WordPress version 4.9. However, the problem persists. The color pickers do not work.

    I have checked WPbackery’s support page on codecanyon.net and a lot of people have the same problems. Wpbackery answers everybody to create a ticket on their support at support.wpbakery.com. But I cannot do that because the Page Builder was included in Kleo and I do not own a direct license.

    So I was wondering if you guys are in contact with their support and if they told you any solution or workaround?

    Hi,

    I have logged into your site and found that the issue only appears when the plugin ‘Massive Addons for Visual Composer’ is enabled. If you disable this plugin and clear your cache you will see the color picker works.

    Therefore please contact the third party plugin’s support team about updating their product, this plugin was last updated on 17th November 2016, WordPress and WP Bakery (formerly Visual Composer) has moved on considerably since then.

    Thanks for taking the time to check! It works as you say. I will have to get better at checking all plugins before opening a ticket.
