VC not working & theme options not loading

    Hi, yesterday Visual Composer stopped working and we can also not get to view any theme options.
    I have attached screen grabs of both issues. It looks like for VC we are only seeing the VC code in text mode when we go to edit a page, we cannot view it in visual mode. We have the latest version of everything including our google chrome browser.  If we also go to view theme configuration, no theme options are being displayed.
