On the main menu I want to add an about page, the knowledgebase page and the submit a report page, yet when i do this they do not show up on the side menu or main menu when logged in, or not logged in.
Hello, side menu and main menumay be different, check at Appearance > Menu

Yes they are. New problem, login and register does not display in mobile browsers, and I used to have the profile menu show on the left hand side, now it shows in the top right as a menu.
