Hello, please try by using an SMTP Plugin as maybe the php email of your server is not working correctly

Hello Laura,
I added the plugin WPMail SMTP and tried sending via SMTP and as PHP and it did not work either
ok I changed some settings on the plugin and got the email. But now I need to test the activation email is being sent. Will get back to you.
