Hi,
I’ve been struggling with this issue for some days now and I don’t see the solution anywhere in the forum.
I’ve installed and unistalled wordpress and theme multiple times. This is a fresh install with no customization whatsoever, with no extra plugins but buddypress and bbpress and I get the same issue every time.The fields in the user profiles (base tab) are being duplicated. Well that can’t come from the theme. See if the fields are OK in WP admin – USers – Profile fields.

@ SeventhQueen we do our best to have super happy customers. Thanks for being our customer.Hi, Just like I said it comes from WP engine – Dynamic Page & Database Cache Control. Disabling that and purging cache resolved it. Also I see Limit Login Attempts plugin but it does not appear as an installed plugin. Maybe you are using WP Multi site and you have network activated plugins
