Courses management and listing

I couldn’t find anything in the documentation regarding course management. How to configure the theme for elearning such that users of certain membership level(teachers) are able to add courses, and of certain membership lever (students) are able to take the course and we can keep a track of each student’s progress?

Also, I couldn’t find anything on how a user can add listings in the directory.

What I’m trying to achieve with this theme is, I want to build a directory of teachers, where teachers can list themselves/their areas of expertise (can be multiple), they can search and interact with other members (teachers/students), they can keep a track of which students are taking their course and whats their progress, along with grading any quizzes they might have taken. So this is a combination of business directory + community + elearning + membership.

Please advise the best possible settings that I should use to achieve this among all available options.
