Hello, where can I change the language of the comment function? Currently, the language is english but I want to change it to german (see attachement). Rest of site is all translated to german.

If you are using LocoTranslate or similar you should be able to translate the theme as you would plugins, please let me know if you do not see this option as a possible translation for KLEO.
