Issue 1
I have had to completely remove my website and all the files from WordPress because of security issues. There is something within the theme that is making the website showing as not completely secured. I have 3 other websites on WordPress and this issue only happens with the Sweetdate theme.
Although I have started to rebuild the website again, the site still shows insecure when the site good live. I have a valid configured CSL Certificate. Please advise.
Issue 2
The profile tabs and other elements within the profile keep changing the colours back to the Sweetdate default colour. It changes although the dashboard shows that I have changed and saved the colour changes. Please help.

1. Please see the attached PDF documents. I got the information by going to my website then F12 and then console.
BuddyPress is extremely important to your theme. If I can’t get your theme to work with my SSL Certificate then I am going to have to ask for a refund. It’s the last thing I want, as I have spent a month trying to get things to work.
2. So many things are not working properly, Elementor, I can only edit in the mobile mode, the font colour editor is missing from the content tab, it was there before, now it’s under the Styles tab. When it comes to changing the font colour, you cannot highlight the font and you have to have the full text in one colour. You cannot have part of the text in a different colour.
3. Even though you request for content to be centred, it doesn’t work.
5. The City input box which is in the search box, the font is still white, I don’t want it to be white.

Laura, i will not let anyone have direct access to the back end of my website because of a bad experience that meant I had to close down that site.

Hello, css should have worked correctly, did you try to clean cache?
If you have custom changes then maybe that is part of the issue, i can’t login to your website anymore let me know once i can 🙂I will do my best to help you but i cant fix custom changes done by you or a developer. i can work with what sweetdate has, just check our demo and you will see it looks great, and its just a fresh install that we update with new releases, nothing custom

Hi Laura I Have cleared the browser and cache so many times.
What custom changes are you referring too? The only changes I’ve made is add the colour hex code.
It seems the website format changes when there is an update and you have to reinstall the software, not really ideal.
I have also completely removed my website twice from my server over the weekend. Yesterday I started to rebuild for the final time as elements like the profile field was not working.
Seventhqueen gray background image is running the wrong protocol and is one of the reasons for causing the SSL problem. Where in the design is the gray image, so I can attempt to fix it?
I still cannot change the city font colour from white. Why is this so difficult to do?

Hello, please share access so i can fix those issues, it would be easier that i just login and fix those at the child theme, and then after any update, all will stay working as it should 🙂

My browsers are up to date, I am not the only one who has witnessed the problem.
I see that you have either removed or altered the 7thqueen grey image that was causing the problem. Please explain how you did it so I can apply the same changes to the actual website.

Hello, go to Pages > Home > Edit with elementor
Select the grey row, click at the icon [|] and select edit this section, now select the tab Style and delete the image, click again to add an image and find the grey one next to the map at your media library.Repeat with the row that is inside the first one, which is a black line column, this one has the map, again click at [|]
As i couldn’t see the issue at firefox, i don’t know how to fix yours, because for css i need to see it while fixing it

Yes, I guessed that I would have to replace the grey image, the problem is I can’t of where it is on the website? It’s that small I don’t know what I am looking for. Can you please send me a screenshot of where it is on the website?
Also, How can I edit the footer, I need to remove the ugly image border? I have so many other requests I possibly will have to create another ticket.
Please don’t forget the font in the city input search box it should not be white.

Please make a video so I can see exactly what needs to be done.
If I can’t get everything finished within the next day or so, I will need a refund. There are many more issues, it all seems impossible.
All the difficulty I have been having should have taken hours not weeks to resolve. The website should have been completed weeks before Christmas to reach the market.
There needs to be a better support system, i.e. live chat so issues can be dealt with more quickly.

This is so frustrating.
1. Ticket number: 180510. The theme is not responsive on a physical tablet, looks nothing like the tablet mode online. Ticket was opened 21st November 2017, not resolved.

For the city field, the code was correct but you forgot to add the # for the color, here it isCOPY CODEinput#field_17_contains { color: #7900b2 !important; }The border of the image is at the actual image, its not part of the footer. You can cut it from Media Library, click at the image and cut the border using the resize tool 🙂
For the footer size, this removes the padding top and bottom
COPY CODEdiv#footer { padding: 0 !important; }To make it smaller, go to Appearance > Widgets and modify the post widget to show 2 posts instead of 3

Hello, about the issue 2. What do you need exactly? change the search form width? Add more fields? I need details please because its difficult to understand from the ticket you sent me
About the footer, if by size you mean the height of it then as i said you would need to remove or edit the footer widgets at Appearance > Widgets, i will be happy to share step screenshots if you need
For the issue at your website, please add this to style.css of child theme and to quick css of theme options
