How is passwords managed in Sweet Date/Buddypress, both when registering and changing password from profile and login form ?
I would like to force members to choose a strong password.

CarstenBuddypress has its own mechanism in the profile edit page and you should search a plugin for Buddypress like https://wordpress.org/plugins/enforce-strong-password/

Or is Buddypress the only thing controlling login when using the login on the site ?
Login is done trough WordPress but the profile edit belongs to Buddypress(where you need to enforce it)
