Hello Radu,
On Sign up page, please let us know how to change the code to make the ‘Looking for Man/Women’ drop down not mandatory. Also people who are in relationships need to be able to sign up to access the groups and forums. They should be able to complete their profile without selecting ‘Looking for’ as they are not looking. Also couples want to interact with singles in groups and forums.
Or can we add a third option to be selected, something like ‘Not looking’?

Hi,
You can set required of on required for fields from wp-admmin -> users -> profile fields
You can add also an additional value in your case “not looking”
There is no way to set restrictions by the relationship status, the all available restrictions can be found under wp-admin -> theme options -> memberships
