    Hi all,

when I search for members in my members directory, the default of the dropdown-menu is “sort by: latest activity”. When I change the order to “latest registered” it changes for the current page of the members directory – but as soon as I switch to page 2 or any other page, the sort turnes back to “latest activity”.

And: When I am for example on page 5 of my members directory and again turns to “sort by: latest registered” the current page doesn’t reload with the proper sort, rather I’m redirected to the first page of the members directory.

Due this bug I’m not able to see more than one page of the latest registered users.

    Can anybody help?

    Greetings, Miriam

    Hi,

Did you encounter the same on our demo ? https://seventhqueen.com/themes/kleo/members/ ?

If no de-activate all plugins excluding buddypress and also the child theme then check if you still encounter the issue.

    Cheers

You are right, if I switch to the original Theme of KLEO the error doesn’t occur. Than I have to analyse where exactly in my Child-Theme the source of the error is located.

I’m sorry that I haven’t checked it before I opened the ticket!

    Hi,

Did you had recently added some snippets of file templates in the child theme ?

Try to rename the template files one by one while you check if the members directory works now.

Tried to take a look at the child theme files but i cannot see the login credentials.

    Cheers
