Please try the below CSS in your SweetDate Child theme’s style.css by going to WP Admin > Appearance > Editor > SweetDate Child > Style.css

Remove the @ username on the profile

#profile .user-nicename {display: none;}

Or, remove the H2 (large) username on the profile

#profile h2 {display: none;}
