404 Error on viewing other team profile

Hi,

We are experiencing this issue on the profile. When we click somebody’s profile on the site it takes us to a 404 error instead of their profile page.  We also tried to change themes and the profile works perfectly so we are thinking that there’s a conflict between the theme and the Buddypress we’re using. Can you take a look at this, please?
