Signup with Facebook issues

Hi, we are having a bit issue here with our sign up form via facebook. While user confirming and submitting the from we want them to receive a confirmation email that they have successfully created an account. which is not working right now. Please lets us know the possible solution.

Sign up via facebook: Our other issues is while fetching the user data from the facebook app, we are unable to fetch the dob and gender from the facebook app to our sign up form via facebook, PS: we already got approved from facebook to get DOB and gender in our app. Please let us know if you can support us solve these issues.
